The products are shipped from Switzerland, there are no customs duties or fees. Shipping is usually carried out with Swiss Post at a standard flat rate of CHF 9.-
The shipping costs are covered by us for orders over CHF 60.-
The shipping of goods in stock takes place after Payment received within two to three working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
For orders that we do not have in stock, the buyer will receive shipping information by email.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or one of A third party named to you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods as part of a uniform order and these are or are delivered uniformly;

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient: that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
